What service do we provide?

Present your idea to our experts; we will examine a potential patentability of your invention, and possibly develop your personal patent´s application. This includes some mandatory documents, necessary to present your request to the German Patent Office.

That is what we prepare for you:

2. Patent´ s claims,
3. Overview and
4. Mention of the inventor.

If your invention is not patentable, the above-mentioned fees will be charged only pro rata. The specific proportion depends on the extent of the activity, on a case-by-case basis. For instance, you could commission a state-of-the-art research; the extent of this research will be discussed respectively in details with you. 

If figures (drawings) are advisable, we will explain exactly how they should be created.

On your behalf, the Patent´s Conquerors will file your patent application to the European Patent Office (EPO), and you will be the only owner of your protective rights!

In addition to the basic patent application, this package includes all the possible steps, up to the first resolution issued by the Patent Office. This includes the whole process of communication with the Patent Office, all the information given verbally and the written pleadings.

After filing a patent application with the European Patent Office (EPO), we take care of the necessary correspondence with the EPO (does not apply in the case of a negative test report).

The patent application process then goes through the national phase after the European phase. These steps are not included in this package and depend on the respective target state.
